Overview
Server reports to Director of Culinary in Orlando Florida. This position offers seniors an elevated way of life focused on comfort connection and joy. Responsibilities include preparing front of house orders and maintaining dining room operations.
What You'll Do10
- 1Support mission by upholding company culture and engaging residents positively
- 2Take food and drink orders accurately with a positive attitude
- 3Write resident or guest orders on order slips
- 4Engage with residents in a friendly manner
- 5Knowledge of menu and ability to suggest options
- 6Ensure tables enjoy meals and address any issues
- 7Perform end of shift duties in dining and kitchen
- 8Assist food preparation staff when needed
- 9Attend training courses and maintain up-to-date knowledge via LMS
- 10Other duties related to community success and resident care
Requirements6
- 1Experience providing excellent customer service
- 2Positive attitude and ability to work well with cooks and staff
- 3Ability to deliver orders in a timely manner
- 45+ years walking standing
- 5AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
- 6CPC Card certification preferred
