What You'll Do9
- 1Deliver an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and create a world-class athlete experience
- 2Anticipate athlete needs and drive sales through product recommendations and deep knowledge of athlete requirements
- 3Assist with onboarding and training of new and existing team members focusing on best practices and expectational selling skills
- 4Serve as a go-to expert in designated process categories ensuring smooth execution and high productivity
- 5Demonstrate efficiency and effectiveness while maintaining an athlete-first mindset ensuring products are ready for purchase
- 6Uphold company merchandising standards by following floor set plans and signage requirements
- 7Promote customer participation in loyalty programs and other initiatives
- 8Create a respectful store environment for teammates and athletes
- 9Adhere to safety policies and external regulations
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 21-3 years of relevant retail experience
- 3Virtual interview requirement with camera on
- 4Prohibition of AI tool usage during interviews
- 5Background check with ID verification required for offers
