What You'll Do9
- 1Create and execute SEO strategy end to end including keyword targeting and on-page optimization
- 2Own social media standards and develop creative assets for organization-level campaigns
- 3Manage ILS presence across major platforms focusing on profile quality and performance
- 4Analyze market trends and adjust competitive positioning proactively
- 5Develop dynamic reporting dashboards enabling data-driven decision making
- 6Lead cross-pipeline operations including requests designs and brand operations
- 7Utilize AI tools for content generation and creative iteration
- 8Drive revenue through data-backed campaign management and lead allocation
- 9Maintain compliance with landlord tenant laws and fair housing regulations
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading SFR/BTR initiatives in housing sector
- 3Concrete experience with AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure
- 4Proven ability to deliver measurable results within 90 days
- 5Strong technical literacy with modern CRMs and mobile applications
