What You'll Do11
- 1Build strategic plans for new Mechanical Solutions and maturity pathways for global scaling
- 2Plan global and regional nuances test validation create deployment schedules and production readiness actions
- 3Lead development deployment and sustainment of Mechanical Systems for next generation data centers
- 4Drive program management leadership for new technologies and retro-fit projects
- 5Drive cross-functional teams to deliver complex programs with high organizational impact
- 6Ensure production readiness at launch through financial approvals technical specifications supplier qualification testing and operations training
- 7Execute comprehensive plans addressing requirements for global deployment readiness
- 8Manage mechanical cooling systems for data center deployments across global locations
- 9Support emergent scale remediation efforts impacting data center capacity and availability
- 10Introduce business improvement initiatives enhancing visibility and enabling data-driven decisions
- 11Collaborate with internal and external partners to innovate and deliver holistic programs
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree in engineering computer science or equivalent
- 27+ years of direct engineering team leadership
- 3Experience leading complex technical programs for mechanical cooling controls systems
- 43+ years developing hardware products for direct-to-chip or immersion liquid cooling
- 55+ years technical program or project management experience with scope schedule budget quality risk management
- 6Technical product program management experience with infrastructure complex systems systems engineering
- 7Defined KPIs SLAs driving multi-million dollar businesses reporting to senior leadership
- 8Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering focusing on thermal cooling solutions
- 9Experience with AWS infrastructure services
- 10Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives delivering high-impact results
Salary Insight
$149 - $201k per year
