Requirements11
- 1Master’s degree preferred bachelor’s with substantial experience acceptable
- 2Minimum 5 years experience supporting digital IT in biologics cell therapy environments
- 3Strong understanding of CAR-T mRNA viral vector workflows
- 4Knowledge of autologous allogeneic in vivo therapy processes
- 5Familiarity with cell isolation expansion analytical characterization pipelines
- 6High-level understanding of genomic transcriptomic proteomic data processing pipelines
- 7Experience delivering data-enabled solutions including governance integration analytics quality
- 8Excellent leadership cross-functional collaboration matrixed global environment
- 9Agile/SAFe experience delivering large-scale technology programs
- 10Outstanding communication stakeholder management influencing senior leaders
- 11Proven adaptability problem-solving inspiring change in scientific manufacturing contexts
