As a Senior Technical Lead, you will own the delivery of Java and Node.js microservices on AWS, guiding a team of engineers from design to deployment. What You'll Do8
- 1Design and deploy Java and Node.js microservices on AWS using Spring Boot and Express.
- 2Lead the team through the full development lifecycle, from architecture reviews to code reviews and production releases.
- 3Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitLab CI to automate builds and deployments.
- 4Debug and resolve production issues across distributed systems, using CloudWatch and ELK for monitoring.
- 5Drive adoption of Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration and auto-scaling.
- 6Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- 7Mentor junior engineers on best practices for AWS security, performance, and cost optimization.
- 8Own the technical roadmap for the microservices platform, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Requirements8
- 18+ years of experience in software development, with 3+ years leading technical teams.
- 25+ years building microservices with Java and Node.js.
- 33+ years designing and deploying applications on AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3).
- 4Strong proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
- 5Experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, Express, and NestJS frameworks.
- 6Solid understanding of REST APIs, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and event-driven architecture.
- 7Familiarity with Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.
- 8Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with performance tuning and security best practices.
