Requirements7

- 3Strong track record in NPI sourcing strategy and project management

- 5Proven ability to influence suppliers and negotiate effectively
- 6Willingness to travel 15–20% to engage global suppliers
- 7Semiconductor or capital equipment industry experience preferred
