Senior Salesforce Administrator II, Multi-Org Flows
Overview
You will own Salesforce administration across 11 orgs, managing security, Flows, and automation for a large enterprise. You will support Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud while partnering with business and vendor teams. This role drives configuration, data quality, and release management in a complex multi-org ecosystem. 3+ years of Salesforce admin experience and Salesforce Certified Administrator are required. You will gain exposure to platform governance and standardization across enterprise orgs.
What You'll Do9
- 1Administer daily Salesforce operations across 11 orgs, including user provisioning, profiles, and permission sets.
- 2Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types to meet business needs.
- 3Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and process automation for small to medium enhancements.
- 4Monitor data quality, implement duplicate prevention, and enforce validation rules.
- 5Troubleshoot user access, security, and configuration issues across orgs.
- 6Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
- 7Support release management, sandbox preparation, and deployment activities.
- 8Document configuration, governance, and audit requirements for platform consistency.
- 9Collaborate with internal and vendor teams to align Salesforce orgs on best practices.
Requirements10
- 13+ years of professional Salesforce administration experience.
- 2Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator required.
- 3Hands-on Salesforce user administration, including profiles, permission sets, and security.
- 4Experience configuring Salesforce objects, fields, and page layouts.
- 5Strong Salesforce Flow and automation experience.
- 6Experience with data management, validation rules, and duplicate prevention.
- 7Proven ability to troubleshoot Salesforce issues and resolve configuration problems.
- 8Experience supporting Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud.
- 9Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple Salesforce orgs.
- 10Experience with sandbox management, release management, and deployment support.
