What You'll Do10

  • 1Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for customer account management and login experiences across digital platforms
  • 2Deliver features for account creation authentication profile management and self service capabilities
  • 3Lead initiatives ensuring seamless experiences across web booking and customer account channels
  • 4Optimize account to booking data flows customer data management and identity experiences
  • 5Partner with engineering UX analytics and business stakeholders to prioritize investments and requirements
  • 6Drive alignment across marketing e commerce customer service CRM and technology teams for a connected journey
  • 7Balance customer experience goals with technical constraints and business requirements
  • 8Leverage analytics and customer insights to identify opportunities measure success and inform decisions
  • 9Define and track KPIs for customer engagement platform adoption and account experience health
  • 10Lead end to end lifecycle from discovery through launch optimization and continuous improvement

Requirements8

  • 1Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Marketing or a related discipline
  • 25+ years of product management experience owning customer facing digital products
  • 3Experience managing account management identity authentication profile management or customer platform products
  • 4Strong understanding of customer data flows and systems integration across digital ecosystems
  • 5Proven ability to work with technical and non technical stakeholders
  • 6Experience leading products through Agile development methodologies
  • 7Strong analytical and data driven decision making skills
  • 8Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management capabilities
