Senior Oracle EBS Technical Lead (R12) - Remote
Overview
You will lead technical design and development for Oracle E-Business Suite R12.1.3 implementations, owning full lifecycle delivery across finance and supply chain modules. You will architect integrations, drive performance tuning, and mentor developers on a contract basis in Dallas, Texas (remote/telecommute). This role demands deep expertise in Oracle EBS technical stacks, paired with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions.
What You'll Do8
- 1Lead technical design and development for Oracle EBS R12.1.3 modules including Order Management, Inventory, and Purchasing, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
- 2Own the build and deployment of Oracle EBS extensions, interfaces, and customizations using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
- 3Design and implement integration architectures between Oracle EBS and external systems, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- 4Drive performance tuning of Oracle SQL queries and concurrent programs, optimizing response times for critical business processes.
- 5Mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards, code reviews, and best practices across the team.
- 6Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- 7Manage technical project milestones, ensuring on-time delivery within the contract timeline.
- 8Debug and resolve complex technical issues in Oracle EBS production environments, providing root cause analysis.
Requirements8
- 15+ years hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.1.3 or higher, with focus on technical development.
- 2Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Workflow.
- 3Strong understanding of Oracle EBS financial and supply chain modules: Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, General Ledger, Accounts Payable.
- 4Experience with ASCP (Advanced Supply Chain Planning) and Warehouse Management is preferred.
- 5Proven ability to lead technical design sessions and produce clear documentation.
- 6Experience with Oracle APIs, interfaces, and conversion processes.
- 73+ years in a technical lead role, guiding developers and ensuring quality delivery.
- 8Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
