Overview
You will own the design, development, and support of enterprise integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Build scalable API-led integrations and RESTful services for application modernization in Atlanta, Nashville, or Columbus. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-quality solutions in an Agile environment. This contract role offers the chance to work on complex financial services integrations with a focus on performance and security. Your experience spans 7+ years in enterprise development and 4+ years with MuleSoft, driving impactful digital transformation.
What You'll Do10
- 1Design and implement API-led integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and DataWeave transformations.
- 2Build RESTful and SOAP services with JSON and XML payloads to connect enterprise applications, databases, and cloud services.
- 3Develop and maintain reusable integration components and Mule flows for scalability and maintainability.
- 4Integrate Azure cloud services and enterprise systems, leveraging .NET or Java for custom logic.
- 5Collaborate with architects and developers to enforce API governance, OAuth, and JWT security standards.
- 6Set up CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools, and manage code with Git.
- 7Troubleshoot and performance-tune integrations in production, ensuring uptime and low latency.
- 8Drive application modernization by refactoring legacy integrations to MuleSoft APIs.
- 9Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimating work and delivering features in sprints.
- 10Document integration patterns, data flows, and API specifications for cross-team knowledge.

- 17+ years of enterprise application development experience.
- 24+ years of hands-on development with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- 3Strong experience with REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and API-led connectivity.
- 4Proficiency in .NET or Java development.
- 5Solid background in DataWeave, SQL, and data transformation.
- 6Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps or similar DevOps tools.
- 7Proven troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support skills.
- 8Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- 9Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- 10Preferred: MuleSoft Certified Developer or Platform Architect certification.
