What You'll Do8

  • 1Calibrate and troubleshoot process instrumentation including pressure, temperature, flow, relative humidity, and mass systems.
  • 2Repair and maintain HPLC, gas chromatography, and lab equipment to specification.
  • 3Use calibration software and databases to document results and generate graphs.
  • 4Write Out-of-Tolerance (OOT) reports and deviations per SOPs.
  • 5Disassemble and reassemble instruments using hand tools to diagnose defects.
  • 6Specify and request replacement components for instrumentation.
  • 7Complete cGMP training and maintain compliance records.
  • 8Prepare technical reports with recommendations for solution improvements.

Requirements6

  • 1Associate's degree with 4+ years of experience or Bachelor's degree with 1+ year in metrology.
  • 2Prior experience in a GMP environment.
  • 3Understanding of circuits, components, and analytical equipment in manufacturing and labs.
  • 4Mechanical skills for instrument disassembly and repair.
  • 5Verbal and written communication skills for documentation and reports.
  • 6Organizational skills to manage logs and calibration schedules.
