Overview
You own the technical delivery of iOS applications at Vega Intellisoft, designing and building high-quality features across enterprise mobile platforms. You analyze and estimate sprint work, understand current architecture, and create a roadmap for the mobile space. You work with a collaborative team of engineers and product managers, shipping reliable user-facing apps. What You'll Do6
- 1Design and implement Swift-based iOS features for enterprise applications, ensuring performance and reliability.
- 2Analyze requirements and estimate effort for each sprint, aligning with product roadmaps.
- 3Create and maintain an architecture roadmap for the mobile platform, addressing technical debt.
- 4Ship high-quality code with UIKit and SwiftUI, conducting code reviews and testing.
- 5Debug and resolve issues across the iOS stack, collaborating with backend teams on REST APIs.
- 6Drive adoption of Combine and modern concurrency patterns in Swift to improve app responsiveness.
Requirements7
- 15+ years of professional iOS development experience in Swift.
- 2Proven track record shipping App Store apps with UIKit and SwiftUI.
- 3Strong understanding of REST APIs, Core Data, and offline storage.
- 4Experience with Combine or RxSwift for reactive programming.
- 53+ years working with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Fastlane, Jenkins) for mobile.
- 6Excellent problem-solving and estimating skills for agile sprints.
- 7Work onsite in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Dallas, TX, Birmingham, AL, Phoenix, AZ, or Denver, CO.
