Overview
Belay Technologies seeks a Senior Integration Software Engineer to lead development of enterprise applications for Infrastructure & Logistics. The engineer will integrate IBM Maximo with other COTS and GOTS products, ensuring mission‑critical functionality across diverse technology stacks. This role demands hands‑on expertise in modern and legacy systems, collaboration with government stakeholders, and rapid adaptation to new challenges.
What You'll Do11
- 1Support sustainment and modernization of multiple enterprise COTS and GOTS applications
- 2Configure and deploy commercial off‑the‑shell solutions while developing custom integrations when needed
- 3Collaborate with government product leads, vendors, and cross‑functional teams to define requirements and deliver enhancements
- 4Perform application configuration, deployment, integration, and troubleshooting activities
- 5Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives using REST/SOAP web services and APIs
- 6Analyze system performance and proactively resolve complex issues before user impact
- 7Produce effort estimates and prioritize releases based on customer requests
- 8Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- 9Work directly with vendors to troubleshoot product issues and coordinate upgrades
- 10Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations and operations
- 11Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices
Requirements12
- 1TS/SCI clearance with polygraph approval
- 2Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of software development experience in similar government contracts
- 316 years of Java development experience
- 4Familiarity with Angular JavaScript framework
- 5Experience with ASP.NET and REST/SOAP web services
- 6Proven track record integrating enterprise applications via Docker and Kubernetes
- 7Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities
- 8Excellent communication skills for direct interaction with customers and technical teams
- 9Ability to work core hours 10AM‑2PM with case‑by‑case flexibility
- 10Experience with cloud migration and hybrid environments
- 11Knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server database technologies
- 12Comfortable learning multiple technology stacks rapidly
Salary Insight
$190 - $240k per year
