What You'll Do9
- 1Define Business Processes AS-IS TO-BE for functional area
- 2Configure solution within IFS Cloud modules and support requirements gathering fit-gap UAT
- 3Run client workshops translate business requirements into IFS Cloud configuration
- 4Support project managers daily change management activities and provide coaching
- 5Develop functional designs for IFS Cloud solutions across multiple domains
- 6Implement transformation solutions for clients through collaboration with PMs
- 7Assess stakeholder impacts and organizational readiness
- 8Recommend and implement communication training behavioral change solutions
- 9Travel varying percentages based on business need and client requirements
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 3 years IFS experience in functional consulting
- 2Ability to develop functional designs for IFS Cloud solutions
- 3Prior implementation or support of IFS solutions with lifecycle experience
- 4Industry experience in Industrials Manufacturing Automotive
- 5Consulting advisory background preferred
- 6Onshore offshore delivery model experience
- 7Experience with IFS Applications to IFS Cloud migrations
- 8Research ability regarding client inquiries emerging issues regulations
- 9Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 10Competitive compensation based on location skill set and experience
