What You'll Do7
- 1Lead end-to-end delivery of projects using Retell`s voice agent platform from prototyping to production while communicating progress and risks clearly.
- 2Become go-to experts on building voice AI solutions focusing on LLM prompting tips and tricks.
- 3Build full-stack integrations with enterprise tools such as CRMs and ERPs.
- 4Partner with sales to engage clients and present system designs.
- 5Scope projects and resolve blockers aligning teams with concise updates.
- 6Codify reusable patterns into tools or platform components.
- 7Translate field feedback into actionable product and GTM recommendations.
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of professional experience
- 3Mandarin fluency required for direct communication with China-based customers
- 42+ years in customer-facing technical roles
- 5Proficiency in writing production-grade code in Python JavaScript or similar languages
- 6Understanding of LLM-powered systems and their impact on user experience
- 7Ability to manage risks and maintain momentum under pressure
