Senior Financial Manager, FP&A & ARR Consolidation
Overview
Own the ARR Consolidation function for Adobe's Creativity & Productivity finance team, leading a team and driving end-to-end forecasting, planning, and reporting. You will report to the Director of FP&A and partner cross-functionally with Route-to-Market, Geography, and Product Groups to ensure one cohesive narrative. 8+ years of FP&A experience with SaaS topline metrics and 3+ years managing people builds the foundation. This role offers a player-coach dynamic that shapes processes and tools at scale.
What You'll Do7
- 1Lead and develop a high-performing ARR Consolidation team, balancing hands-on ownership with team growth.
- 2Own end-to-end ARR forecasting, planning, and reporting cycles.
- 3Drive the Weekly Executive Team update, Quarterly Rolling Forecast, QBR, QFR, and Annual Planning processes.
- 4Build and scale ARR reporting processes, tools, and automation in partnership with Data Science and Finance Operations.
- 5Serve as a cross-functional partner across Route-to-Market, Geography, and Product Groups to align on one C&P narrative.
- 6Deliver executive-ready insights for senior leadership, Board, and investor requests.
- 7Uphold financial guardianship ensuring controls, consistency, and trust in ARR outputs.
Requirements5
- 18+ years of FP&A experience with SaaS/topline exposure (ARR, subscription metrics), including 3+ years of people management.
- 2Proven track record building and developing high-performing teams.
- 3Hands-on experience with planning tools like TM1 and Hyperion and BI tools like Power BI.
- 4Strong business partnership and communication skills with executive presence.
- 5Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a structured, ownership-driven approach.
