Senior Financial Analyst Corporate Development
Overview
Drive financial modeling valuation analyses business financial due diligence and other workstreams key to executing M&A deals. Work collaboratively with internal leaders and external stakeholders to support successful deal execution.
What You'll Do11
- 1Lead financial modeling valuation and business financial due diligence activities
- 2Prepare deal theses diligence packs approval materials executive level presentations and other materials that drive successful deal execution
- 3Contribute to transaction recommendations deal structures and key considerations to executive leadership and the Board
- 4Collaborate with internal leaders across industry practice and functional teams to evaluate potential investment opportunities
- 5Assist in communicating deal structure economics and strategic rationale to prospective acquisition targets
- 6Coordinate deal progression from discovery through execution of definitive agreements
- 7Manage virtual data rooms
- 8Plan prioritize and organize work effectively
- 9Meet time sensitive deadlines
- 10Present to executive leadership teams and Boards
- 11Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor’s degree required with 3-5 years of experience in M&A financial modeling and due diligence
- 2Proven ability to lead complex cross functional initiatives
- 3Strong presentation and communication skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint Word and Outlook
- 4Experience managing virtual data rooms
- 5Ability to plan prioritize and organize work effectively
- 6Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- 7High level of comfort presenting to executive leadership teams and Boards
- 8Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Salary Insight
$80 - $108k per year
