Senior Director Food & Beverage Technology Aritzia
Overview
Lead the design and execution of scalable technology data analytics and AI solutions for Food & Beverage. Own the end-to-end technology domain including platform selection and vendor negotiation. What You'll Do11
- 1Own the complete Food & Beverage technology stack including POS KDS reservations F&B ERP labor scheduling payment processing digital signage and network infrastructure
- 2Lead end-to-end implementation for flagship boutiques and stay current on technology innovations to consider for the roadmap
- 3Integrate technology systems with Aritzia’s unified customer data layer and coordinate loyalty program integration
- 4Make architecture decisions affecting both Food & Beverage and Retail technology domains
- 5Build scale and lead the Food & Beverage technology team representing the department in cross-functional forums
- 6Manage all Food & Beverage technology risks and escalations with direct accountability
- 7Partner with Finance on budget management and forecasting for the technology portfolio
- 8Work with Business Support partners to lead daily operations while supporting career development
- 9Represent Food & Beverage Technology in executive presentations
- 10Implement complex multi-vendor technology deployments in premium hospitality environments
- 11Collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners to achieve shared business outcomes
Requirements11
- 1Proven expertise as a Sr Director with 10+ years leading technology leadership in food and beverage hospitality environments
- 2Deep knowledge of POS platforms KDS reservations systems and labor scheduling tools
- 3Track record delivering complex multi-vendor implementations in premium dining settings
- 4Strong commercial acumen with enterprise software negotiation experience
- 5Ability to integrate hospitality technology with enterprise customer data platforms
- 6Excellent stakeholder management skills operating at executive and front-line levels
- 7Global experience particularly within North America
- 8Preference for candidates from premium retail luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands
- 9Commitment to learning and applying Aritzia's values and leadership principles
- 10Strategic thinking with ability to design inspiring technology roadmaps
