What You'll Do11
- 1Work as program-level lead biostatistician in cross-functional team(s)
- 2Provide strategic support to Ipsen asset team(s) and author key study documents
- 3Lead planning and execution of biostatistics deliverables ensuring quality and timeline adherence
- 4Make decisions guided by functional and enterprise-level priorities impacting business outcomes
- 5Ensure accuracy and robustness in statistical planning, study design, and interpretation
- 6Evaluate and present clinical trial data to internal and external stakeholders
- 7Validate and QC CRO work to guarantee statistical deliverable quality
- 8Support preparation and validation of statistical analyses for regulatory and scientific documents
- 9Provide oversight to ensure CRO partners understand data collection and summarization approaches
- 10Contribute to high-visibility cross-functional initiatives like digital strategy and process optimization
- 11Lead mentorship and talent development for biostatisticians
Requirements11
- 110+ years pharmaceutical industry experience with PhD or 12+ years with MS
- 2At least 5 years leadership experience
- 3Deep expertise in advanced statistical methods and adaptive designs
- 4Proficiency in SAS R EAST nQuery JMP
- 5Strong knowledge of CDISC standards and SDTM ADaM datasets
- 6Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication
- 7Ability to collaborate globally in diverse teams
- 8Demonstrated initiative and flexible problem-solving
- 9Strong project and time management skills
- 10Understanding of drug development process and regulatory submissions
- 11Education: MS in statistics or biostatistics required
