What You'll Do8
- 1Greet residents and guests warmly to create a positive dining atmosphere
- 2Take accurate meal orders and deliver food and beverages promptly
- 3Ensure meals align with residents’ dietary requirements and preferences
- 4Prepare dining rooms before each service by setting tables with linens utensils and glassware
- 5Clear tables promptly after meals to maintain cleanliness and organization
- 6Communicate resident feedback to the Culinary Director or kitchen staff
- 7Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines including proper food handling
- 8Maintain compliance with local health regulations and Cogir standards
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred with Food Handler Card as a plus
- 26-12 months of experience in hospitality or customer service roles
- 3Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities
- 4Friendly patient and professional demeanor
- 5Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
