What You'll Do7
- 1Design and scale high-performance data infrastructure using Snowflake and Databricks to convert complex transactional data into trusted datasets
- 2Develop reliable solutions prioritizing accuracy completeness and auditability for regulated financial operations
- 3Implement AI-assisted engineering tools to automate workflows and accelerate development cycles
- 4Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable data models
- 5Mentor engineers and champion best practices in data governance and platform reliability
- 6Optimize cloud-based streaming architectures with Kafka and similar distributed platforms
- 7Drive engineering excellence through DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code with Terraform
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 3+ years experience in scalable data platforms
- 2Expertise in Python SQL and real-time/batch processing with Spark and Airflow
- 3Proven experience building cloud-native data pipelines using AWS services
- 4Strong knowledge of data warehousing and modern data architecture principles
- 5Familiarity with regulated financial domains and CFTC compliance requirements
- 6Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants like Claude Code
- 7Excellent communication and teamwork skills for fast-paced environments
