Senior Consultant Lender Services | Corporate Finance

What You'll Do11
- 1Gather and organize information to facilitate effective data access and analysis
- 2Apply business accounting finance and analytical acumen to various client situations
- 3Conduct due diligence on balance sheet and profit and loss statement items
- 4Review and analyze financial statements and projections
- 5Assess business plans financial modeling and create flexible work products
- 6Maintain detailed working paper records reflecting assumptions methodologies and sources
- 7Ensure quality product delivery within established time frames
- 8Assist with preparation and review of draft written analyses presentations and quantitative exhibits
- 9Participate in conference calls with clients to review due diligence results
- 10Identify research and organize information to assess data sufficiency
- 11Perform day-to-day project activities and supervise team members
Requirements10
- 12+ years of relevant experience in a Big 4 Audit FAS or consulting environment
- 2Bachelor's degree in accounting finance or related field
- 3Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- 4Travel required to clients and FTI offices
- 5CPA or sufficient hours to meet CPA requirements
- 6Ability to interface with team members and client personnel in demanding deadline-driven situations
- 7Proficient use and analysis of computer models and dynamic spreadsheet applications
- 8Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 9Familiarity with internet-based financial research resources for corporate information SEC filings competitive data
- 10General knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles and terminology
Salary Insight
$78 - $163k per year
