Senior Clinical Research Coordinator, Site Manager
Overview
This role owns patient coordination and site operations at a Manhattan psychiatry research practice. You will schedule visits, administer cognitive rating scales, and ensure protocol adherence across multiple studies. You will work alongside physicians and a supportive research team, with 3+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience required. What You'll Do7
- 1Coordinate patient care from screening through follow-up, including scheduling study visits and providing instructions
- 2Administer recorded and non-recorded cognitive rating scales to study participants
- 3Assist physicians with study visit procedures and ensure adherence to individual study protocols
- 4Complete and review patient charts and Case Report Forms for accuracy, resolving inconsistencies
- 5Enter study data into electronic Case Report Forms with precision
- 6Conduct initial telephone screenings of potential study patients
- 7Maintain study-related logs and reports to support site operations
Requirements8
- 1Master's degree in Psychology or related field
- 23+ years experience in pharmaceutical industry research, excluding academic research
- 3Experience as a Site Manager
- 4Prior clinical or patient experience required
- 5Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 6Demonstrated organization and attention to detail
- 7Ability to multi-task and function independently
- 8Flexible hours to accommodate study schedules
Salary Insight
$80 - $85k per year
