- 9Apply scientific principles to solve complex technical challenges and drive continuous improvements
Requirements10
- 1Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering Biochemical Engineering Biotechnology Food Science Chemistry Materials Science Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
- 2Experience developing and scaling bioprocesses for enzymes microbial products and bio-based solutions
- 3Proven track record leading scale-up activities from lab to commercial production
- 4Expertise in process development manufacturing support or industrial bioproduct development
- 5Strong analytical abilities interpreting complex datasets translating findings into practical solutions
- 6Demonstrated ability to work across laboratory pilot-scale and manufacturing environments
- 7Knowledge of bioprocessing downstream recovery formulation development and enzyme microbial product development
- 8Excellent communication skills translating technical concepts for diverse audiences
- 9Ability to generate intellectual property through invention disclosures and patent contributions
