Overview

High-agility system savvy Senior Analyst - FP&A joins lean finance team at Mammoth Biosciences. Reports to Director FP&A serving as technical lead for financial planning tools and primary engine behind data analysis. Provides critical insights for executive decision-making.

What You'll Do7

  • 1Assist in preparation and consolidation of annual operating plan quarterly forecasts and long-range models aligned with corporate goals
  • 2Lead power user for Adaptive Insights creating budget models automating data flows and building maintaining accurate dashboard reporting
  • 3Perform detailed financial analysis provide insights and prepare monthly reporting packages for functional teams tracking spending against budget
  • 4Partner with Accounting team during month-end close preparing accruals and tracking activities across projects and cost centers
  • 5Support growth initiatives including product development research partnerships and capital expenditure projects
  • 6Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance standard product cost analysis
  • 7Assist with ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements9

  • 1Bachelor's Degree in Finance Accounting and Business Administration
  • 25 years of relevant experience in budgeting and financial analysis (3 years with a Master's degree)
  • 3Strong analytical problem-solving and financial modeling skills
  • 4Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate into actionable insights
  • 5Advanced Excel skills Google Workspace and MS 365
  • 6Proficiency in Adaptive Insights including model creation management administration and dashboard reporting
  • 7Experience with NetSuite and exposure to financial system implementations
  • 8Solid understanding of US GAAP accounting principles
  • 9Ability to work onsite as needed
