What You'll Do7
- 1Assist in preparation and consolidation of annual operating plan quarterly forecasts and long-range models aligned with corporate goals
- 2Lead power user for Adaptive Insights creating budget models automating data flows and building maintaining accurate dashboard reporting
- 3Perform detailed financial analysis provide insights and prepare monthly reporting packages for functional teams tracking spending against budget
- 4Partner with Accounting team during month-end close preparing accruals and tracking activities across projects and cost centers
- 5Support growth initiatives including product development research partnerships and capital expenditure projects
- 6Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance standard product cost analysis
- 7Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor's Degree in Finance Accounting and Business Administration
- 25 years of relevant experience in budgeting and financial analysis (3 years with a Master's degree)
- 3Strong analytical problem-solving and financial modeling skills
- 4Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate into actionable insights
- 5Advanced Excel skills Google Workspace and MS 365
- 6Proficiency in Adaptive Insights including model creation management administration and dashboard reporting
- 7Experience with NetSuite and exposure to financial system implementations
- 8Solid understanding of US GAAP accounting principles
- 9Ability to work onsite as needed
