What You'll Do6
- 1Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff while enforcing security procedures and site-specific policies.
- 2Conduct unarmed patrols of guest floors, common areas, parking areas, entrances, and the property perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
- 3Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following established protocols to resolve issues.
- 4Monitor access points and observe activity, documenting incidents and reporting to site leadership.
- 5Maintain a professional presence, assisting with directions and guest inquiries in a hospitality environment.
- 6Carry out emergency response activities as needed, ensuring safety of all on-site.
Requirements5
- 118+ years of age for unarmed roles
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Pass a background investigation and drug screening as required by law
- 4Meet state and local licensing requirements for security officers
- 5Valid driver's license only for driving positions
