Overview
Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Access Operations in Alexandria, VA. You will work a fixed shift of 6 months at an assigned site, with the option to pick up extra shifts through the Claim-A-Shift program. This role supports a food and beverage production facility. Flexible part-time schedule with potential to grow to full-time.
What You'll Do5
- 1Patrol the facility, production areas, employee entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
- 2Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and document security observations.
- 3Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following site procedures.
- 4Report maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, and policy violations to site contacts and leadership.
- 5Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities.
Requirements7
- 118+ years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
- 2High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
- 4Customer service experience.
- 5Access control and badge experience.
- 6Subject to background investigation and drug screen.
- 7Valid driver's license for driving positions.
