What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to clients visitors and employees by carrying out site-specific security procedures access protocols and emergency response activities
- 2Monitor dispatch communications alarm notifications and service requests prioritizing calls and coordinating responses
- 3Maintain accurate dispatch logs incident records and visitor activity in accordance with policies
- 4Respond to incidents professionally and solve problems escalating concerns appropriately
- 5Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter reporting unusual conditions equipment concerns and security issues
Requirements6
- 1At least one year of security-related experience preferred
- 2Guard card or license preferred
- 3CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- 4High school diploma or equivalent required
- 5Minimum age eighteen for unarmed roles twenty-one for armed roles
- 6Applicants must pass background investigation drug screening and meet licensing requirements
