What You'll Do7
- 1Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by enforcing security procedures and site-specific policies.
- 2Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, offices, entrances, and parking areas to deter unauthorized access.
- 3Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting security concerns, maintenance issues, and policy violations.
- 4Respond to incidents calmly, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders when required.
- 5Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol records.
- 6Adapt to a flexible schedule, picking up additional shifts through the Claim-A-Shift program.
- 7Build trust with the local community and maintain a professional presence at all times.
Requirements6
- 11+ year of security-related experience.
- 218+ years of age for unarmed roles.
- 3High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4Pass a background investigation and drug screen as permitted by law.
- 5Possess or obtain state and local licensing as required.
- 6Valid driver's license for driving positions only.
