What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to employees visitors and contractors at technology media and telecommunications locations
- 2Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings parking areas entrances and perimeter areas
- 3Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel visitors and deliveries
- 4Document patrol observations incidents and other security related activities accurately and promptly
- 5Respond to incidents alarms access concerns and critical situations in a calm problem solving manner following reporting and escalation procedures
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 3 years experience as military police officer corrections officer or armed security related professional or certified law enforcement graduate
- 2Possess an armed guard card or license
- 3Type at a minimum of 40 words per minute
- 4Be at least 21 years old for armed roles
- 5Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- 6Subject to background investigation in accordance with all applicable laws
- 7Pass drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- 8Participate in industry specific security training programs
- 9Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment
- 10Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only
