What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to residents visitors contractors and property staff following site policies and emergency procedures
- 2Respond to incidents access concerns and critical situations while documenting observations and reporting to personnel
- 3Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings common areas parking and perimeters to identify hazards and policy violations
- 4Monitor access points and visitor activity to maintain an orderly environment
- 5Complete daily activity reports incident reports and shift logs accurately and promptly
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles and 21 for armed roles
- 4Valid driver’s license required for driving positions
- 5Background investigation conducted per federal state and local laws
- 6Drug screening completed as permitted by law
