What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to guests crew members and visitors by carrying out access-control procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities at a cruise operations location
- 2Monitor access points verify credentials and maintain accurate visitor contractor and delivery records
- 3Respond to incidents calmly solving problems and escalating concerns as directed
- 4Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas to identify unauthorized access and report unusual activity
- 5Assist with maintaining orderly flow of people and vehicles at entry and exit points while providing professional courteous service
Requirements10
- 1Access control and badge experience preferred
- 2Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred
- 3Alarm panel experience preferred
- 4CPR certification preferred
- 5Customer service experience preferred
- 6Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles 21 for armed roles
- 7High school diploma or equivalent
- 8Background investigation required
- 9Drug screen required as permitted by law
- 10Valid driver’s license required for driving positions
