Overview
You will serve and safeguard clients at a manufacturing and industrial facility in Fort Mill, SC, monitoring assigned areas and conducting routine patrols. You will manage access control and alarm response, maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents. You will document security activities and communicate clearly with employees and visitors. What You'll Do5
- 1Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, office spaces, parking areas, and perimeters, reporting unusual conditions or hazards.
- 2Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, following site-specific procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
- 3Monitor access to the location by checking credentials and documenting visitor and contractor entry to deter unauthorized access.
- 4Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors, carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities.
- 5Prepare clear, accurate reports and logs for patrols, incidents, and access activity.
Requirements8
- 1Alarm panel experience preferred.
- 2Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
- 3CPR certification preferred.
- 4Access control and badge experience preferred.
- 5Customer service experience preferred.
- 6At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- 7Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 8Pass a background investigation and drug screen as permitted by law.
