What You'll Do8
- 1Drive quality across the SDLC by advancing functional and automated testing practices that improve release confidence and reduce defects.
- 2Build scalable test frameworks and automation solutions using Selenium, JUnit, and Cucumber to enhance code quality and test coverage.
- 3Own the continuous testing strategy for assigned applications, using risk analysis and performance data to identify improvements.
- 4Champion innovation in test engineering by introducing tools like Postman and JMeter to increase automation effectiveness.
- 5Partner with cross-functional teams to validate complex business and client requirements early, ensuring high-quality solutions.
- 6Implement API testing strategies with REST Assured and SoapUI to ensure robust integration points.
- 7Integrate automated tests into Jenkins pipelines for continuous feedback and faster delivery.
- 8Analyze quality metrics to drive measurable improvements in product reliability and performance.
Requirements8
- 16+ years of professional experience in software testing and automation.
- 2Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
- 3Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, TDD, and BDD.
- 4Experience developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks with Selenium and Appium.
- 5Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and influence technical decisions.
- 6Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
- 7Bonus: Experience with API testing using Postman or REST Assured.
- 8Bonus: Knowledge of performance testing with JMeter or security testing practices.
