Overview
You will own test automation for enterprise applications at NMK Global Inc., a global IT Services firm. What You'll Do9
- 1Build automated test frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Python from scratch within the first 90 days.

- 3Own test data management and environment setup to ensure reliable execution.
- 4Lead regression testing efforts, identifying critical failing tests and stabilizing the suite.
- 5Collaborate with developers to debug and resolve issues discovered in automated runs.
- 6Scale test coverage to 500+ test cases across multiple browsers and devices.
- 7Drive the adoption of Docker containers for test environments to increase consistency.
- 8Ship monthly test automation releases aligned with sprint goals.
- 9Improve test execution time by 30% through parallel testing with Selenium Grid.
Requirements9
- 15+ years in software quality engineering, with a focus on test automation.
- 23+ years building test automation frameworks with Selenium WebDriver and Python.
- 3Hands-on experience with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools.
- 4Strong knowledge of REST API testing using Postman or RestAssured.
- 5Experience with version control systems like Git.
- 6Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- 7Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
- 9Ability to work onsite in San Jose, California.
