What You'll Do19
- 1Lead the design configuration testing and deployment of end to end Procure to Pay and Inventory Management solutions in SAP S/4HANA MM
- 2Conduct Fit to Standard workshops documenting AS IS and TO BE processes translating business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
- 3Ensure alignment with SAP S/4HANA best practices and client operational goals
- 4Configure and support procurement processes including purchase requisitions purchase orders contracts scheduling agreements subcontracting consignment external services procurement
- 5Define and manage inventory management parameters covering goods movements valuation batch management and special stocks physical inventory and cycle counting
- 6Drive compliance controls and efficiency across P2P and inventory lifecycles
- 7Own integration of MM with FI CO WM/EWM and PP ensuring accurate financial postings inventory valuation and production consumption
- 8Work extensively on RICEFW objects related to MM including reports workflows interfaces and enhancements
- 9Collaborate with ABAP and technical teams on functional specifications development reviews and testing
- 10Support integration technologies such as Idocs RFCs BAPIs and OData services
- 11Lead and execute system testing integration testing and UAT including defect resolution and regression testing
- 12Support cutover activities go live and hypercare ensuring stable transitions to production
- 13Prepare functional documentation user guides and provide knowledge transfer to support teams
- 14Lead and mentor offshore and onshore teams ensuring delivery quality adherence to timelines and effective collaboration
- 15Act as client facing lead for Procurement domain handling business queries providing functional guidance and recommending process improvements
- 16Provide regular status updates manage risks and dependencies and support governance forums
- 17Stay current on SAP S/4HANA innovations MM functional enhancements and SAP Fiori capabilities
- 18Recommend upgrades new functionalities and simplifications to improve procurement efficiency user experience and business value
- 19Drive SAP Fiori adoption through role based app enablement for procurement and inventory users
Requirements9
- 1Minimum 13 to 20 years experience
- 2Active certification in SAP S/4HANA
- 3Strong hands on experience with SAP S/4HANA MM procurement to pay and inventory management processes 8-10 years
- 4Proven experience in MM integration with FI CO WM/EWM and PP 1-2 years
- 5Solid experience with RICEFW development and working closely with ABAP teams 8-10 years
- 6Client facing experience in Procurement and Supply Chain domains 8-10 years
- 7Experience leading teams in offshore/onshore delivery models 4-5 years
- 8Exposure to SAP Fiori apps for MM and procurement processes 3-4 years
- 9Nice to have knowledge in SAP PM and EPPM PS objects energy industry experience
