Overview
You will own the functional design and configuration of SAP Commerce (Hybris) for B2B eCommerce implementations. You will bridge business and technical teams in a global enterprise, translating requirements into scalable solutions. Your work will shape order management, pricing, and customer experience workflows. This role offers hands-on ownership of Hybris modules and direct impact on multi-market rollouts.
What You'll Do8
- 1Analyze business requirements and design SAP Commerce (Hybris) solutions.
- 2Configure Hybris modules for B2B eCommerce, including Promotions, Checkout, and Customer Management.
- 3Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with ERP and CRM systems.
- 4Drive end-to-end implementation of Hybris projects from blueprint through go-live.
- 5Lead functional testing and validation of SAP Commerce features.
- 6Partner with global stakeholders to align Hybris solutions with regional business needs.
- 7Document solution designs and configure Hybris back-office settings.
- 8Support post-go-live hypercare and resolve functional issues in SAP Commerce.
Requirements8
- 15+ years in SAP Commerce (Hybris) functional roles with B2B eCommerce focus.
- 2Hands-on configuration experience with Hybris back office and Promotions.
- 3Proven record of end-to-end Hybris implementations.
- 4Ability to collaborate across technical, business, and global teams.
- 5Experience with SAP ERP integration (e.g., PI/PO, CPI).
- 6Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 7Strong understanding of B2B eCommerce processes and order management.
- 8Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
