Overview
You will lead SAP Concur implementations and major workstreams for enterprise clients in Deloitte's SAP practice. Own the full solution lifecycle, from business process assessment to post-go-live support, with hands-on configuration in Expense, Travel, and Invoice. Collaborate with dynamic teams to modernize core processes, enable digital transformation, and help clients unlock value through SAP S/4HANA, cloud, automation, and analytics. This role offers the chance to shape operating models, drive change adoption, and grow Deloitte's SAP Concur offerings.
What You'll Do7
- 1Lead SAP Concur implementations and major workstreams across Expense, Travel, Invoice, and Request, managing scope, schedule, budget, resource planning, quality, risk, and delivery.
- 2Facilitate requirements, fit-to-standard, and solution design workshops, translating travel and expense, accounts payable, corporate card, and spend management requirements into SAP Concur solutions.
- 3Oversee functional design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, defect management, cutover, deployment, hypercare, and stabilization activities.
- 4Advise client stakeholders on operating model design, policy alignment, compliance controls, tax and VAT considerations, and process improvements.
- 5Build relationships with client leaders and delivery teams, supporting communications, training, change adoption, proposals, estimation, and development of Deloitte's SAP Concur offerings.
- 6Drive the build, test, and deployment phases, ensuring quality and timely delivery of SAP Concur solutions.
- 7Mentor and guide team members, providing clear direction and fostering professional growth.
Requirements8
- 18+ years of SAP consulting experience supporting solution design and end-to-end delivery in a consulting firm or industry environment.
- 24+ full-lifecycle enterprise implementations, including 2+ with SAP Concur.
- 32+ implementations or major workstreams in a primary delivery role, including 1+ with SAP Concur.
- 4Hands-on configuration with SAP Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice, and experience designing integrations with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP Central Component financials.
- 5Experience with travel-and-expense and accounts-payable or invoice processes, including policy, compliance, audit controls, and corporate card programs.
- 6Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree plus 10+ years of related experience.
- 7Willingness to travel 50% on average, based on client needs.
- 8Preferred: SAP Concur certification, experience with global rollouts and Concur Detect, Budget, Intelligence, or S/4HANA Finance.

$134 - $265k per year
