- 4Own end-to-end solution design while managing implementation of improvements and new functionality
- 5Provide training and support to end users on Salesforce and related platforms
- 6Communicate with developers and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues
- 7Utilize Salesforce best practices for release management and deployment
- 8Create documentation for processes and configurations
- 9Identify system inefficiencies and propose enhancements
- 10Support governance models and collaborate with system partners
- 11Stay current with Salesforce releases to recommend proactive improvements
Requirements10
- 1BS BA or Masters in Business Computer Science or related field equivalent with 7+ years IT experience
- 25+ years Salesforce administration or consulting experience
- 35+ years Sales and Support operations experience
- 4Intermediate understanding of Apex and JavaScript for requirement communication
- 5Salesforce Administrator certification required
- 6Experience with CPQ and CLM applications
- 7Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- 8Proficiency in user training documentation and change management
- 9Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- 10Commitment to continuous learning about Salesforce ecosystem
