Overview
Sales Specialist 2 (Operations) leads the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model to boost guest experiences and sales per hour. This full‑time onsite role in Phoenix, Arizona requires proven sales expertise and strong operational capabilities. The position drives performance through standardized work and supports store leadership while maintaining compliance and accuracy.
What You'll Do11
- 1Demonstrate and drive the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model to exceed sales per hour targets
- 2Review daily sales results and complete monthly proficiency plans using reporting tools
- 3Maintain guest satisfaction survey scores at store goals through email follow‑ups and CRM ticket resolution
- 4Assist leadership in handling guest escalations, returns, exchanges, and discounts per SOP
- 5Process cash financing and credit card transactions while executing vault opening and closing procedures
- 6Act as brand ambassador for Commercial & Trade programs to generate leads and build relationships
- 7Perform standard work for sales and operations and support operational customer functions
- 8Ensure SOP adherence across all processes from planning to delivery
- 9Drive standard work for Sales Specialist‑1 and assigned Sales Specialist‑2 roles
- 10Support distribution center activities as needed to meet operational demands
- 11Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align sales initiatives with store objectives
Requirements6
- 1High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- 2Minimum 2 years retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment preferred
- 3High volume sales experience is preferred
- 45+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 5Certification in CPC Card or BCBA optional
- 6Proven ability to process payments accurately and maintain asset protection policies
Salary Insight
$35 - $48k per year
