Sales Representative, Cricket Wireless
Overview
As a Sales Representative at our busiest Cricket Wireless location on Cameron Rd in Austin, you own the full sales cycle from greeting to closing. You sell phones, plans, and accessories while delivering hands-on customer support at a store with steady walk-in traffic. You earn commission on every sale from day one, no quota required. Base pay starts at $13/hour, top reps average $19-$21 with commission. We provide full training and welcome candidates with no experience.
What You'll Do8
- 1Sell Cricket Wireless phones, service plans, and accessories to meet monthly sales goals.
- 2Greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend the best plans and devices.
- 3Activate new lines, process upgrades, set up devices, and transfer data.
- 4Troubleshoot device and service issues and provide on-the-spot solutions.
- 5Process bill payments and answer account questions accurately.
- 6Support in-store events and community outreach to drive new customer acquisition.
- 7Maintain store appearance, product displays, and inventory accuracy.
- 8Open and close the store, handle cash, and complete operational tasks on time.
Requirements7
- 1Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
- 2Retail sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- 3Comfortable with commission-based pay.
- 4Available evenings and weekends, store hours 10am-9pm.
