What You'll Do11
- 1Recruit onboard train and coach a seasonal sales team
- 2Lead sales process from lead intake to close
- 3Establish expectations for response time and performance
- 4Monitor and contact new leads quickly and professionally
- 5Schedule onsite design consultations and sales appointments
- 6Track metrics in Zoho CRM including response time and revenue
- 7Conduct pipeline reviews and provide coaching
- 8Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements
- 9Optimize appointments and routes using Zoho RouteIQ
- 10Collaborate with marketing operations and leadership
- 11Forecast sales performance and staffing needs
