- 4Help store leaders execute daily operational action plans
- 5Motivate and coach associates to recognize and improve performance
- 6Drive results by identifying business opportunities in partnership with store leaders
- 7Assess daily schedules to maximize productivity and equalize payroll
- 8Share daily communications with store teams and prioritize tasks as needed
- 9Support store leadership with onboarding new associates when needed
- 10Support the store’s priorities by adhering to brand guidelines operational requirements and asset protection policies
Requirements6
- 11-3 years retail experience
- 2High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3Passion for styling and love of working with people
- 4Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
- 5Ability to read write and communicate in English
- 6Proficient with technology including operating store systems accurately
