What You'll Do9
- 1Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations
- 2Operate Point of Sale POS systems efficiently for transactions including cashiering and cash handling
- 3Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits enhancing customer engagement
- 4Assist in merchandising efforts by organizing displays and ensuring products are stocked appropriately
- 5Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist with stocking duties
- 6Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a positive customer experience
- 7Maintain a clean and organized sales floor ensuring that all products are easily accessible to customers
- 8Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or concerns over the phone
- 9Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of customer service

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading cross-functional projects
- 35+ years experience with POS systems
- 42-5 years working in retail environments
- 51 year proficiency in basic math skills
