The Opportunity Report to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate guarantees a consistently high customer experience within the store utilizing Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards.
What You'll Do6
- 1Assist with the store’s visual directives and maintain standards of housekeeping
- 2Develop a full understanding of computer systems to ring transactions and perform other functions such as merchandise transfers and order fulfillment
- 3Protect store assets and inventory through awareness of loss prevention procedures and report any violations to a supervisor
- 4Employ an authentic approach to clienteling and building long-term relationships with customers focusing on sales
- 5Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement conversion and capturing customer phone and email
- 6Assist with all other duties as required by store management
Requirements8
- 1Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience
- 2Naturally competitive personality

- 5Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
