Overview
We seek a motivated Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service while managing inventory and assisting store operations. This role demands strong time management skills and the ability to understand customer wants and needs. You will own the customer experience drive growth through upselling and promotions and collaborate with a team to exceed sales goals.
What You'll Do7
- 1Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers answering questions and assisting with product selection
- 2Lead store management tasks such as maintaining cleanliness and presentation of merchandise
- 3Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient operation during peak hours
- 4Engage customers to assist in sales upsell products and promote special offers
- 5Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- 6Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience
- 7Own daily operations and maintain high standards of professionalism
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading cross-functional teams
- 35+ years experience with data tools
- 4Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- 5Familiarity with retail operations is a plus
- 6Strong skills in inventory management time management buying selling and overall store management
- 7Passion for providing excellent customer service and a willingness to learn new skills
- 8Ability to work full-time on a 10 hour shift
Salary Insight
$40 - $70k per year
