Route Sales Representative, B2B Outside Sales
Overview
Own a dedicated route in the Dallas area, managing existing accounts and driving new business for Mission Linen Supply. You will operate a Class C bobtail truck, deliver and pick up linens and uniforms, and grow revenue through prospecting and upselling. This role combines account management with outside sales, backed by an established customer base and uncapped commission. You will join a stable, family-owned industry leader with a clear path to a dedicated Route Sales territory.
What You'll Do8
- 1Build and grow your assigned route, prospecting new accounts and closing sales in your territory
- 2Upsell existing customers on additional products and services to increase account value
- 3Deliver and pick up linens, uniforms, and related products on schedule with Class C driving
- 4Handle invoicing, collections, and maintain accurate transaction records
- 5Resolve service issues promptly to keep customers satisfied and retain business
- 6Load and unload up to 50 lbs daily and maintain your vehicle to company standards
- 7Represent the company professionally at every stop, building long-term customer relationships
- 8Master new technology and systems with minimal training to support route efficiency
Requirements8
- 1Proven sales and customer service experience required
- 2Valid Class C driver's license with no CDL required
- 3Clean driving record for the last 3 years (36 months)
- 4Comfortable loading and unloading up to 50 lbs daily
- 5Ability to drive a 26-foot bobtail truck
- 6Tech-savvy, quick to learn and adapt to new systems
- 7B2B sales or account management background preferred
- 8Must be based in or willing to work in the Dallas area
