What You'll Do8
- 1Advocate and negotiate full approvals with insurance adjusters on site
- 2Research storm reports and review client files before adjuster meetings
- 3Conduct detailed home inspections focusing on siding windows downspouts and other hail or wind damaged areas
- 4Represent the company professionally while maintaining knowledge and composure
- 5Share ground insights with sales teams about adjuster operations and meeting dynamics
- 6Build rapport with homeowners and insurance adjusters to facilitate smooth claim resolutions
- 7Document all weather related roof damage and communicate findings clearly
- 8Manage calendar and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
Requirements8
- 1Comfortable on steep tall roofs up to 2.5 stories
- 2Ability to safely set up ladders and work at heights
- 3Highly organized with strong time management skills
- 4Experience identifying and communicating roof damage
- 5Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- 6Valid driver's license required
- 72 years roofing experience required
- 8Willing to learn insurance processes and adjuster interactions
Salary Insight
$60 - $80k per year
