Overview
Lead the launch and sustained performance of cutting‑edge RF solutions for wireless and high‑performance communication devices. Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative products from concept to market in Chicago. Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance throughout production.
What You'll Do11
- 1Lead new product introduction activities from development through production release
- 2Collaborate with design test manufacturing and quality groups to guarantee product readiness
- 3Analyze yield performance and reliability metrics to implement enhancements
- 4Support product characterization validation and qualification efforts
- 5Maintain detailed product specifications and manufacturing documentation
- 6Coordinate with external assembly and testing partners
- 7Investigate production problems and execute root cause resolution
- 8Monitor post‑launch performance and initiate improvement projects
- 9Optimize test programs and screening methods
- 10Engage suppliers in quality assurance and process optimization
- 11Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the product lifecycle
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering RF Engineering or related discipline
- 23+ years RF product engineering semiconductor engineering test engineering experience
- 3Familiarity with RF measurement techniques and semiconductor manufacturing processes
- 4Proficiency with automated test systems and data analysis tools
- 5Understanding of reliability testing qualification programs and production support
- 6Strong analytical problem‑solving abilities
- 7Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- 8Experience with GaN GaAs or other RF semiconductor technologies
- 9Background supporting high‑power RF product development
- 10Knowledge of manufacturing transfer yield enhancement and ramp activities
